Today, Clean Fuels Alliance America delivered a letter to EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, urging him to set the 2026 RFS biomass-based diesel volume at no less than 5.25 billion gallons and allow continued growth in the 2027 volumes. Forty-eight member companies signed the letter in support of the requested volumes.

Today, Clean Fuels Alliance America thanked 28 House Members who sent a letter to President Donald Trump, encouraging the administration to adopt a timely, robust Renewable Fuel Standard rule for 2026 and beyond. The bipartisan letter was led by Reps. Ashley Hinson (R-IA) and Angie Craig (D-MN).

Clean Fuels urges Treasury to ensure a level playing field for American farmers, by eliminating penalties for speculative indirect effects assigned to U.S. crop feedstocks. Clean Fuels also urges Treasury to adhere to the legislative language indicating that co-processed fuels do not qualify for the credit.
